Answers:
Dab some apple cider vinegar on the sore three or four times a day and let it air-dry. Clean it with ivory bar soap before applying the ACV. Ivory soap will sting, but it is the best cleanser for sores.
Alternately, clean it with ivory bar soap, rinse gently then apply just enough raw honey (not the stuff you buy at the grocery store) to cover the sore and let it sit there for 3-10 minutes undisturbed before bandaging it with the honey in place.
