Just started Hot Stone Massage, can not remember what temperature the stones sho!

Just started Hot Stone Massage, can not remember what temperature the stones should be - can any one help??


Answers:

When I give a Hot stone massage. I heat the water to 130 degrees. I massage with the stones first so that don't sit in place right away. The heat has a chance to dissipate before i leave the stones in place.
