Has anyone ever tried to relieve their symptoms of arthritis with a green tea or!

Question:

Has anyone ever tried to relieve their symptoms of arthritis with a green tea or water fast?

I'm experiencing a bit of pain in my joints and muscles and I don't want to have to rely on pills to get me through my day. I've heard that fasting if done properly can eliminate toxins from the body and relieve major symptoms of arthritis and even Raynaud's phenomenon. It's worth a shot.

And yes I've already consulted a doctor this week. She took some tests and told me to come back in a month. Then she sent me on my way home with a prescription for a pain killer (that doesn't do much for pain) and some thing to help me sleep at night.

Answers:

drinking water will help but only if it is distilled water...any other water will only deposit more hard minerals into your joints. Distilled water helps to carry away the minerals that are free to irritate your joints without depositing anymore.
