Is a green tea pill equivalent or better than actually drinking brewed green tea!

Is a green tea pill equivalent or better than actually drinking brewed green tea?


Answers:

I would think brewed is better ...however if you cant drink enough during the day ...then I would suggest the pill as an alternative...I try to drink about 3 cups a day...not sure what the amount should be....
