Has anyone tried SAMe or 5HTP for depression? Did they work?!

Has anyone tried SAMe or 5HTP for depression? Did they work?

And does anyone know of any alternative remedies for schizophrenia?


Answers:

Homeopathy is very good, but you have to see a qualified homeopath. Some GP's are able to refer you on NHS but not all do (depends on the Borough).
