Does anyone have a suggestion on how to improve the taste?

I want to take flaxseed oil but it taste horrible. I tried mixing it in some V8 juice but I think a left a lot of the oil behind.


Answers:

Why not ground your own seeds? Sure its more work but tastier and you don't need to worry about the oil going rancid on you.
