HELP i need to lose 20 or 30 pounds in 3 weeks any one have any ideas. and i dont over eat at all.
Answers:
exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. Eat about 2 time per day than 3 times per day
dont eat until your're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
