Just wondering what the general public think about the government banning essent!

Question:

Just wondering what the general public think about the government banning essential oils>?

The EU and the US are bringing into effect a ban on the use of over 60 different natural essential oils, including lavender and rose. Why? Well these oils are made up of natural chemical compounds, some of which, when isolated and used in high concentration, can cause skin irritation. But lavender oil can be used on the skin with no adverse reactions and is effective in the treatment of burns and other skin conditions. It is when they separate the single natural chemical in the oil (this can only be done in a laboratory) and use it alone on the skin (probably rats) that they cause problems. So the answer they have found is to ban the use of these oils. It will severly effect the natural cosmetics and perfumery business.
What do you guys think?

Actually I am very serious, and who knows maybe they will be banning peanut butter next!
Check it out before you judge this is a scary fact! I am sad to say. It will affect my business but it will also affect my right to choose as a consumer. Please think about it, and raise awareness of the issue where ever you can.
