can this be bad for your liver and kidneys???

Answers:

No sir, won't be bad at all for your liver and kidneys cos the B complex vitamins are water soluble. This simply means that any excess not required by the body will be excreted in your urine. The seemingly high levels of each B vitamin in the type you have bought would simply mean that it is aimed at maintaining high energy levels, ie:- for sportsmen.

A water soluble vitamin also means that the body cannot produce it or store it and therefore it must be replaced daily.
