Aloe Vera for digestion... do the capsules work as well as the liquid?!

Question:

Aloe Vera for digestion... do the capsules work as well as the liquid?

And... has anybody used it for DIVERTICULOSIS?

Answers:

I wish I could say otherwise, but in my opinion, no, capsules do not work as effectively. I say this in part due to my own personal experience, but also because of research I've read in various places which say that the capsule forms lose vital components which are an inherent part of the liquid.

It is logical in a way: generally the less processed a food is, the better it is for you.

I recommend you use whole leaf aloe extract. Be *certain* it is organic and more than 99% aloe! I know of some people in extreme cases you used it daily for several months with great results, but I generally use it for a maximum of 10 days at a stretch if things are not going well (usually I feel better after the first two doses though).

With Diverticulitis, Leaky Gut and other kinds of enteritis though, there are many things to try to prevent flare ups and problems and heal up when things go awry. I strongly suggest you find an alternative practitioner to help you and give you specific recommendations.
