Hydradenitis suppurativ, epocrene acne,acne inversa there is no cure but how to make it better?HELP!?

have been diagnosed with hydradenitis suppurativa/epocrine acne/acne inversa.i am miserable .what will make it better does anyone know anything at all that might help?essential oils? herbal suppliments? anything ?please help?!
