Is valerian tablets ok for daily use?

usually take it one hour before bedtime


Answers:

I would think so as far as sleeping aid, however, my orthopaedic doctor told me to be sure to get extra excercise, because the Valerian would cause the muscles to relax, and he wanted them very strong.
