Try homeopathy and Reflexology both work together very good. Make a list every day what you eat and what problem you have in two spared paper than after 4 week you can see which thing you eat that can make problems increase than stop for 4 week than eat one day and wait for few days to see... Also drink 8 to 10 glass of water every day
