I don't know that answer, but it is an interesting question, since I have been on it a while for a chronic condition.
It's funny how people say it is a non-narcotic, but it is as addictive as one. So I don't know why it even matters.
There are clinics. There are a lot of people that have had problems. Just type in Ultram or Tramadal Withdrawl in google.
Besides that good luck. The only thing I can tell you is to gradually stop taking it. Cut down the dosage by 1/4 or so every day. And if you have flu-like withdrawal symptoms like sneezing or runny nose, take over the counter allergy or cold medication to ease the symptoms. But be careful.
