Has anyone benefited from mineral oil in the ear?
i mean to stop the annoying ear ringing sounds.

when i was little and had an ear ache, my mom would heat sweet oil on a teaspoon and pour the warm (NOT HOT) oil in my ear (i am pretty sure it was sweet oil), and that did help my earaches. not exactly the remeady you were looking for, but just FYI.
