Side effects of taking Neem long term ?
Just wondering if people could give me some more info on Neem and their experiences with it. So far the stuff i've heard is great and the health my skin is in since taking it has been amazing. I don't know too much about it, it seems to good to be true as skin problems don't seem to be the only thing it helps. I want to take it long term, is this safe ? I only take a capsule a day and the brand i take is 'Himalaya'. Also, i noticed when i take it my monthly period doesn't stop but it lessens to only spots for the month and i'm suspecting that the neem has something to do with it... Anyways, more advice, opinions, thing's important i should know about it ? I would really appreciate it! Thank You! - e -

you sound like my dad, he is a big advocate of neem products and trees. There is no long term effects as the produce is either a drivative from neem flowers or leaves.
the neem is an amazing plant and quite frankly has some pretty stunning benifical purposes- for example crush up a few leaves and rub them on your skin and not only will it clear up any boils, skin rashes etc it will also keep the flies away...
google neem tree and you will see some of the amzing things this tree has to offer.
