Does anyone know about alternate nostril breathing?
I came across some site for anxiety and mentioned that when you breathe in through your right nostril, it stimulates the left side of the brain or the logical side. And for the left nostril it was for the emotional/creative side. They breathed in through the left and exhaled through the right.This was to balance both sides. I'm wondering, cant you just breathe in and out through only the right nostril (to relieve emotional stress, only stimulate the logical part of the brain)?

This is from the yogic system of breathing.
No matter which nostril you breathe through; the air goes to the same place (your trachea then your lungs).
