ever heard or taken GRANDMAS HERBS? they say take like 2 at a time three times a day do they really work or is it all bull? they have NO side effects

My answer is applicable to all herbs, pills, potions, lotions etc...and not just Grandmas Herbs.
There is no medicine or herb which has no side effect. If it cannot do any harm to any thing or to any one, it is obvious that it cannot do any good either. And if you get some good results, it is the placebo effect.
