What is the best way to stop hormone therapy - slowly over time, or just 'cold turkey' so to speak? Or is it not a recommended move - ie: once on hormone therapy always on hormone therapy?

I have never used hormone therapy - I guess you can say I refuse to use hormone therapy. What I do use is Bioidential Natural Hormone Creme.
