I hear good things about Hoodia, but thats to suppress your appetite. Also, take a multivitamin b/c when you diet, odds are you're not getting all the nutrients you need from your food. Lastly, green tea is said to have anti-oxidants and metabolism boosters but the research supporting that claim is a little shaky.
