Any online seller of prescription medicines who will sell without a doctor's prescription, clearly has no concern at all for the health of the buyer, and if he doesn't give a damn about that, then don't expect him to be too choicy about where he gets his supplies
Knock-off preparations are everywhere - produced and packaged to look just like the legitimate thing. There's no telling what is actually in them, and people can and do get sick, and die from their use. It's no use us screaming for the Government to protect us from this kind of thing, if we are putting ourselves in harm's way by going to these places to buy stuff that has not been prepared, regulated and tested to the highest standards of quality You buy bad stuff, you live with it - or maybe die with it.
