I have a few questions about enzymes for inflammation and Wobenzym.?!

Question:

I have a few questions about enzymes for inflammation and Wobenzym.?

Has anyone used any enzymes for inflammation? I am thinking about buying Wobenzym for my tendonitis or Repetitive Strain Injury in baseball from pitching and throwing. It was recommended by ex pro baseball player on a messageboard. Anyway can anyone explain how they work in fighting inflammation? Have you ever used them? What were your results?

Answers:

Yes, I've used them before. Enzymes, when taken with food, are used in the metabolic process. However, when taken on an empty stomach, they reduce inflammation as effectively as NSAIDS (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs) such as aspirin or Motrin, but without the side effects. They reduce both swelling & inflammation.
If I were you, I'd try them IN ADDITION to taking Liquid Health - Glucosamine. Here's the website for that...
