Accupressure for Labor Pains?

I have talked to my teacher who also practices accupressure about coming to my labor. I really dont want an epidural this time and am hoping the accupressure helps some... Has anyone tried this and did you get any relief with this...


Answers:

I used the accupressure bands for morning sickness (which I had 2/7) and they helped a lot. I never used it during labour but I have heard its very effective
