Question:

What are some suggestions for an energy boost? I was...?

sick a week ago. I'm better now, but just really tired and having trouble getting my assignments done. I don't know what to do anymore. I just wanna die (expression, not seriously going to hurt myself). What can I do? I have get my homework done and study for my test.

P.S. I have been getting eight to ten hours of sleep per night. Help!? I'm terrified.


Answers:

Get your diet on track, dump the simple carbs out of you life (candy, refined sugar, flour, simple starches) and get your main fuel from whole grains, fruit, and vegetables. Cut your sleep (as odd as it may sound) to 7-8 hours. Oversleeping can actual keep you from feeling refreshed and awake.

Getting in some simple excercise each day will also help. Good luck and best wishes
