B6 shot vs B6 pill?
What is the difference ?? I am on a diet and the Dr. offers B6 shots..will taking B6 pills be the same ???

It has to do with absorption. B6 intravenous is a liquid that bypasses the digestive tract, which can breakdown alot of the vitamin. However, taking whats called a "Sublingual" vit b complex will do the same thing, basically.
Also, Vit B shots are more pricey and not done often enough. Taking it yourself has a more "time released" effect.
