Any herbal sinus infection help ?

For any one sinus infection, not really.

But if you have repeated sinus infections, you probably have underlying problems. I'm adding a couple of links, but you also need to investigate the possibility that this is part of larger problem, of a systemic candida infection. Check your local library for anything and everything on candida (yeast) by Dr William G Crook, MD and by Dr Zoltan Rona, MD.

I've been there and done that, and the one thing that really helped was managing that candida problem.
