Abnormal behavior?!
Question: My 12-yr.-old nephew has unusual behavior. He doesn't remove his pants, panties or whatever he wears when he's discharging his waste(feces). When he was younger I thought its normal but until now that he's 12, he still eeeoooow! Psychiatrist helppp!!!

It was never normal, it was infantile, and needed proper parenting which sounds like he did not receive. He needs potty trained in the worst way. Positive parenting is successful only in consistency. He is rebelling against something, if the parents look back at the beginning and be honest they will know the reasoning why he has remained so rebellious. It isn't impossible to fix but both the parents and the child need counseling, not Psychiatry!! they'll only want to push a pill on the young man. Get him and his parents to a nouthetic counselor.
If you mean he is pooping in his pants, he needs psychological help. If he is pulling them aside, then it is a weird thing, but not harmful.
good grief, get the youngster some kind of help! he can't be happy about any of that. 12? YEAH, he needs some serious attention!
