Oh I feel for you! I have been there! It definitely sounds like its stress/anxiety related - I had most of those symptoms when my anxiety was at its peak.

The dizziness, I found, was the most awful symptom as you always felt like you were going to pass out! Trust me, you won't, but its an awful feeling nonetheless!

I was told (by Doc) that the dizziness and gas is due to slight hyperventilation, as you are breathing very sharp, shallow breaths. Alot of the time you can swallow the air, hence the gas. Also the headaches are from muscle tension and I generally had a sick or 'nauseous' feeling most of the time as well.

Hang in there; things do get better eventually. I would recommend seeing a naturopath that specialises in anxiety disorders. They can give you herbs to help with the physical symptoms of stress/anxiety. Mine helped me more than my doctor or my psychologist combined!

Sounds like it's stress.

if you have regular headaches, nausea, and loss of balance it may be something more than just stress.

Yes and no. Stress can definitely cause your symptoms but if they are persistant, then your doctor needs to run other tests. Is it only certain times and certain situations? is it sudden onset or gradual? Gas is usually from diet. Do you drink diet soda's or chew sugarless gum or anything with sorbitol in it (sweetener for a lot of "low to no sugar" items. Try taking BP first thing in morning before getting out of bed, then once you stand up. Then, again in the afternoon, sitting then standing. Then at night, same way. Keep record. If nothing is notably different then maybe it is all just stress. If notably different, could be a blood pressure problem. I think you need to insist to your doctor that it isn't just stress or depression or anxiety and let him know you want a full physical if possible.

it is a wild yeast growin in the tummy. Use lemon and vitamin C to reduce it and then top off with lots of yogurt

Oh yea. Stress and anxiety can do alot of weird things to you. I had the same symptoms and some others also. I know how you feel. Good luck, sweetie :-)

I feel off balance sometimes.
The headaches may be tension related.
Be sure to mentions this to your doctor.
For me, nausea is probably related to feeling anxiety. It also may be related to a certain medication I am taking.
Feeling off balance could be orthostatic hypotension, (When you stand up too quickly you feel dizzy because your BP drops).
Sometimes this could be caused by certain medications.
Maybe your doctor could check your blood sugar level.
The gas could be from eating too much bran cereal.
