How do I control my anger?!

You got a very beautiful name jessica, I'm sure you are beautiful too, whenever you get angry just drink a glass of water and sit down for A wile, I'm sure your anger will come down just try it, Good luck!!!

relax. theres no reason to ged mad all the time. i'm sure your mom loves you. just imagine in your mind taht everyones an idiot, and you are the smartest person. you just have to deal with everyone being so dumb and thers nothing you can do about it. now go apologize to your mother

Do something nice for your mom to let her know you're sorry. Exercising work for me when I'm angry. I just sweat it out or I clean my house. Strange but it works. It's burning all that mad energy off.

depending on your age you are just going though a spell.If you are normally not like that then it is probally just the stress of life and you are taking it out on your mom. I been there with my kids. Just give your self a time out and go think about what has angered you and try to work it out before yelling at mom..try to calm down take a breather you will feel better and won't say somthing you may regret

You have to let the anger in, let it consume you and then let it go. Running is a really good place to let it go. But so is thinking. Sometimes people do things we don't like but we don't want to make them feel bad so we stay quiet. But after staying quiet for too long when we finally talk we are actaully screaming. So don't wait for that to happen, let them know as it happens. hope this helps, good luck

Every time I get really frustrated and stressed out, I do the following:

1) Write down the sources of each stress
2) Determine the best way to deal with each stress inducer
3) Deal with each stress inducer on an individual basis

It also helps to spend some time alone, in meditation.

Lastly, apologizing is always a GREAT thing to do!

What you're experiencing now is but part of an adolencent period. You need to surrender yourself to GOD to protect you and to use the flame of love in a constructive manner.

Trying to control our anger, can often make us angrier! Try instead to remove it completely. We feel bad and sorry because it hurts to be angry, and does more harm to us, than to whom it was directed. It is not easy to unlearn anger but it can be done! Try to start each new day with peaceful and positive thoughts! Good feelings will make for good actions! If you allow yourself to see it, then you will be it! Every situation is a choice in how we choose to react, and we choose how people affect our moods! Good mood or bad mood, it is up to us! Maintaining positive and happy thoughts creates peace within us, and that is so much easier than being angry!
Stress with school and work can be very toil-some, but bad thoughts of the past and worries of the future don' t make for good conversation! Whatever you think or whatever you say, consider the consequences beforehand! Remain as sweet and kind as you are and you will remove all anger!
