Scared ta death?!
Question: Hi guys, so over the past two days i've been having nightmares which haunted me. Well first, while i was sleeping i was in a dream but it felt real everything was in the same place and i was sleeping but awake (hopefully you guys get me) and well this thing (ghost?or insert whatever you wanna call it) layed on top of me. I couldn't see it was hard for me to move so i couldn't see it... i tried my best to push it off but i couldn't the more i did it i woke up.This happen to my brother on the same day also, he came over my room and sleep on the floor..i didn't know why till today he told me the same thing happen to him..this has happen to me alot of times i'm scare.. last time was the same and when i yelled out God i woked up and ran to my sisters room. well and talking about my dream i dream that this girl who wanted to kill my dad..her face still haunts me.. im like so freaked out. am im just thinking too much?

I don't want to make you any more scared than you already are but it could be supernatural seeing that it not only happened to you but also your brother. try smoking your room out with sage and when I was younger and I experienced something similar my mother would let me sleep with the bible opened on palms 71 with a scissors opened in the form of a cross under my pillow at night that would help me sleep at night without any thing harassing me. I know it sounds wried but am west Indian and we take the supernatural serous

i felt a presuure on my chest once. Freaky and scary.
I think you should only worry about reality.
I have nightmares most nights. I don't like them, in fact some scare me to stay awake in the early am for an hour or two, but they are part of my life, every night.
So I only worry about what remains when I am awake, true thats just another set of nightmares, but at least they happened.
Be strong, fight the fight, take life to heart and enjoy it
