The best therapy is one where you can throw yourself into head over heels and really immerse yourself into it. The exercise would give you a high and a nice adrenaline rush. Plus it would give you focus and get your mind off of your anxieties.
I've been watching Dancing With the Stars and it looks like a great hobby to get into. They seem to sweat it out like any other exercise but maybe they don't notice it as much because they're just having too much fun. I've entertained the idea of trying it myself.
Be aware that if you sweat it out and spend too much time dancing too long you could give yourself a sodium imbalance and it would increase your anxiety and make it much worse. Remember to drink your water and get some orange juice or a sports drink to replenish your electrolytes and keep you going. Try not to skip meals. B complex vitamins and a good diet could help you overcome your anxiety. Many problems are just vitamin deficiencies and dehydration. Once you've got the imbalance corrected, the anxiety can go away. It has worked for me, it could work for you too.

Dancing, singing, are both great therapies for many things including anxiety. Dance dance dance, and try singing, it just makes you feel good!

Dancing, singing, skateboarding, playing guitar. As long as you are having fun and enjoying yourself!

Any activity that builds your confidence will help. Why not try tackling it more directly as well with relaxation exercises?
