I think I'm crazy?!
Question: I live in the country and everytime I look out the window and it's dark I see a bright artificial light in the sky. It's for a second. I look around more and than I see nothing. I think I"m going crazy what do I do?

dont worry you are not going crazy... i think its just stress or maybe you are not having any fun in your life so you are seeing stuff....
might be a becon on a pole off in a distance.
Are you in a well lit room? You could be experiencing an after image where your change in focus from a light area to a dark area causes you to see bright shapes because your eyes are still adjusting. It's like seeing the flash from a camera many seconds after the picture was taken. If this doesn't describe it well, you may want to talk to your doctor, or optometrist, but I don't think that simple tricks of the eye are reason to believe that you have a mental disorder!
Maybe it's aliens.

If you worry about it, the aliens will get to you. Just let wutever happen go. If you cling to it too much, you will go crazy. There's nothing wrong with being cautious. Keep a weapon with you at all times. You might run into a burgular.
