Not taking pride in ones appearance. Letting people walk all over them and doing nothing about it. Not partaking in activities that take effort or there is a high margin of failure (failure: real or imagined) Someone who avoids contact with people they don't know for fear of being judged. They tend to be loners with only a few close friends at the most. Most have a hard time maintaining eye contact. Then there are those that are the opposite. They will allow themselves to be used and abused just for the attention and will have relationships with just about anyone thinking that it will measure their self worth. ie; "If someone will sleep with me, I can't be all that bad".
crying spells,depression, over eating...thinking u are ugly.
self hate, current thoughts about being useless and feeling that way
