Im suffering from depression?!
Question: i have been out of a job for a year, not with any body special b/f i didnt think my life would be like this at the age of 28. i am basically in a rut. i remember as a teen this was going to be my best years and i am disapointed in my self. i graduated with a medical office assistant degree but no one will hire me because i dont have any experience. i have been looking for a job this whole year. i dont know what else to do. i just want to lock my self in my room and just die

hey hun, i am actually in the same position. i graduated in may from college and had no idea where i was going in life. i tried to get jobs all summer and ended up with nothing. i became so anxious and depressed that it affected my daily life to the maximum. i ended up moving back home with the parents and am in therapy and just started meds. i know that this might not be where you want to go but honestly, i am starting to feel so much better. i find myself laughing again with friends and wanting to do things unlike before. don't even give up hope. i know how it is, i was there in that terrible dark place, but from the bottom you can only rise. never give up!
what state do you live in ? my doctors office needs help. desperate for good help.
