Perhaps it has become a habit to put yourself down all the time. You need to reeducate the way your brain thinks. You do this by giving it the right message over and over again until it is drummed in.
So write all the good things about yourself on a sheet of paper. If you cant think of many get your mum or friend to help.
Kepp this paper with you always (make copies if necessary) and read it over and over every day. If you are having a 'bad me' moment - get the paper out and read it.
You should find your thoughs get more positive. And think of new things to do to put on the list!

The best thing u can do is just sit down and take a deep breath and relax it doesnt make sense to beat yourself up just take it easy.....one thing at a time.

"In order for things to change; you have to change."

This quote from Jim Rohn is saying that outside forces are not making you choose to be hard on yourself. Its your belief system.

Change that belief system and it will change your attitude toward yourself.

How do you do this?

You exercise your mind by creating visual and verbal affirmations of what you are wanting.

For example, whatever words you use to beat yourself up with, you then write down an affirmation that is the direct opposite of those words.

Then, you say those words every day until your subconscious mind believes it and your old habits end.

The danger of putting off this change? When a bad attitude becomes a part of your personality. It affect your relationships and opportunities for the rest of your life.

So, in order for things to change; you have to change." but do it by taking action now and never, ever, ever giving up just because it didn't happen overnight.
