I cant think straight help?!

Question: How do i stop worrying about what to say! and my future 'destiny' its all i freakin think about i cant trust my self but id trust others more than my self so i tend to rely on others to make decisions for me and i have to much respect for others not enough for my self..im stuck in some vicious cycle i cant snap out of since i was like born!..

this makes me think about what others may be thinking about me and stuff and leads to negative depressive thoughts in life.. im stuck in a right big hole here and only way i know is to keep on digging it deeper.

thank you.

I know precisely what you are talking about ........ brain chatter, negative self image and no self esteem.

Firstly you need to include more fresh fruit and vegies, nuts and seeds, lean meats and fishes, wholegrains and cereals, skimmed milks and cheeses and loads of fresh filtered water in your diet as these things are vital for proper nourishment and nervous, digestive and immune system functioning.

Take a good quality multi B complex supplement on a daily basis.

Vitamin B6 for example, aids in the proper production of natural antidepressants such as dopamine and norepinephrine.

Foods rich in vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) are : brewers yeast, wheat bran, liver, fish, cantaloupe, cabbage, blackstrap molasses, unmilled rice, eggs, oats, peanuts and walnuts.

It is also essential in the conversion of tryptophan, an essential amino acid to niacin .......... tryptophan is one of the natural feel good drugs.

B6 will also reduce night muscle spasms, leg cramps, hand numbness and naturally work as a diuretic (eliminate fluid retention).

Lack of another of the B complex of vitamins, Niacin (B3), has been proven to bring about negative personality changes.

Foods rich in B3 : fish, lean meats, whole wheat products, brewers yeast, liver, egs, roasted peanuts, the white meat of poultry, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes.

Things that could be robbing you of your B6 are things such as trycyclic antidepressants and pencillin.

Other symptoms of B complex deficiency you may be suffering from are headaches and migraines, nausea and vomiting, fatigue and exhaustion, irritability and moodiness, inability to think clearly, depression, excessive sweating, numbness and tingling and prickling sensations in the outer extremities and even chest pains and heart palpitations !! Quite scary actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and therefore our bodies can neither store or produce them. As such we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the consequences as you unfortunately are.

When we are placed under extra stress ie: school studies, new job, everyday life really .... our bodies will usually use up our precious stores of the B complex first to deal with the stress.

If you are vegetarian or lactose intolerant and choose to supplement your diet with a multi B complex supplement get one including all the B's ie: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best together.

Try also to avoid the B complex thieves such as alcohol, caffeine, sodas and soft drinks, tinned foods ...........:0)

Top up on plenty of fresh filtered water at all times as the healthiest and happiest body will always be one that is properly hydrated.

Eat more foods rich in potassium to as potassium is essential for sending oxygen to the brain.

Foods rich in potassium are: citrus fruits, cantaloupe, ttomatoes, all green leafy vegies, mint leaves, sunflower seeds, bananas and potatoes.

Potassium will also help your body dispose of wastes and assist in reducing blood pressure problems.

Eat more foods rich in magnesium (known as the anti stress mineral) ........ ie: leafy and green vegies, nuts and seeds, wholegrains and cereals, cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting.

magnesium is needed in the human body to keep our veins and arteries healthy and also for heart health. Magnesium will also resolve any constipation issues you have.

Most importantly though, please be nicer to you?? Do stuff that you really love doing and try to have more self confidence in your own abilities............ maybe you need to get really passionate about something that really fires you up?? That's what i did. i started reading voraciously 2 years ago about health and nutrition and alternative healing therapies and i'm here to tell you that there is a such a huge impact that you yourself can have on your own feeling of health and well being simply by following the basic guidlines i have given you. hey, good health & happy holidays buddy.

seriously avoid that Doctor like the plague !! That would have to be the most unprofessional conduct that i have ever heard of!!

CHEERS
?

aww... lol become a better speaker i have no fuckin clue u sound kinda shy so get out and meet some ppl and stop obsessing over small things and what others think.... fuc.k them all, do what makes you happy :)

you care too much about what others think about you. try to remember that you must make yourself happy first. the rest will follow

Please please please, I beg you get some help. Racing thoughts are a serious indication of depression or bipolar and other problems. You can go to your family doctor who may prescribe medicines for you or you can find a local psychiatrist who can disagnose you and also prescribe meds. Trust me I know whereof I speak. I have suffered the same. This is not your fault, it is a real physical illness and medicine can almost get rid of it completely as long as you continue to take it. Don't stop for anything (trust me again) unless your doctor or psychiatrist tells you. Believe me there is help and you will be so much better after you are helped!

if you speak with only thinking a little your 'destiny' will be a lot happier. I'm not saying that you should always say whats on your mind, but try to live in the moment! You may have obsessive compulsive disorder so you may want to see a doctor

Happy nondenominational winter season!
