Am i gonna be ok?!

Question: when i was younger i used to freak out...i tried to kill myself a few times, and i would throw tantrums and break things, hyperventalate etc...it was pretty bad. but that was maybe five years ago, and i've moved on. then on saturday a friend and i had an argument and he stormed out...for whatever reason i just really lost it. i slit my wrists to the point where i really couldn't control the bleeding...and i spent two hours crying kicking and hyperventalating just like i did when i was younger...was this just like a relaps or something or should i be concerned that its going to happen again?

You should be very concerned !

You don't need to be here asking us for our opinions.

You need to speak to a professional therapist, they can help you acknowledge that this IS a problem and how to deal with your reactions to stress in a healthy matter.

Get help now...

i would suggest counceling to help you find out where your anger is coming from!! hurting yourself is a sign you need some help!!! go get it for your own sake !!! the best of luck to you!!!

I would highly recommend that u talk to a therapist or ur family doctor. I think it is serious what u r doing. Good luck to u.

u should see a theripist or physchaitrist, because this isn't normal behavior, try to control urself so that u dont hurt urself

You need to seek professional advice... I don't think you should take what happened lightly.
"Relapse" or not, this is obviously an unresolved problem...
Take care of yourself...

You should be concerned. Seek professional help to get things under control. Life is a series of tests and it may take 6 year, 2 years, or 10 years, but life will put you into another situation where you have to overcome your anxiety. Hopfully with help you will be able to overcome the next time it happens.

you should be very concerned about yourself... you over reacted in an extreme way to a situation that didn't warrant this behaivour. you should seek professional help to help you control these outbursts.. precognitive therapy can help you acknowledge your behaiviour, see the signs that tell you it s going to happen and help you find ways to stop it before it does... there may be early childhood experiences causing this to happen; perhaps things your unaware of... this kind of behaivour can make it very hard for people to be friends with you so get it sorted before you lose friends or your life...

sounds like a relaps
this could be a re accurring cycle
you should tell someone that you did this
or write it down
that way itll seem more real
and you'll just realize it more
then you need to tell yourself that you will not let this happen again
if you have on i would reccomend calling your physciatrist
or doctor

=]

hope it gets better
you CAN make it thro

Seek some professional help. You really have a bad anger problem and need to find a way to control your emotions.
Think realistically about things; is it really worth getting that upset over? You can always fix things later, if you can't let it go.
I would also suggest getting into meditation.
