How do you deal with stress?!

i cry.

it actually really helps, and it releases a lot of my stress.

I avoid it entirely, simply by acceptance. Not resisting life.

Surrendering resistance is the only real solution.

I masturbate and smoke marijuana.

try this. Take three deep breathes that start by filling up your stomach and then your lungs. Hold it for as long as possible, then slowly let out the air through your mouth. I do this three times but do this as much as needed. It also slows your heart rate and makes you tired. It is a great tool for sleep.

go for a walk, swim & have two peggs of wiskey & listen to slow instrumental music.

I cry and cry and cry. I cry in private and pour it all out. I don't talk to friends or family, I just cry privately at night when I can't see myself, in the dark. I lie in bed and think about everything and just cry.

When I'm stressed-out, I'll go for a walk, talk to my boyfriend about what's bothering me, play video games.. :)

either i do nothing, i cry, or if its bad i cut
