Question: Whats the Best way to Forget about bad/negative past or memory's.

I had some drama bullshit with some drama loving
Mutha Fuckaz
and i just want to ******* forget it, but every time i try
even some small thoughts bring those memory's back
and i just feel like doing **** about it
can someone help me out or give me some suggestions.

Just tell yourself that that page of the book of your life is now closed. Now you have a clean page. You can start where you left off - on the page before that.
