I found that depression melts away if you give of yourself to a worthy cause. Giving is loving. Go to your local humane society and volunteer or convelence home for the elderly and just talk to one of them. They are really lonely! GIVE OF YOURSELF and you will feel better. I did it...it worked for me!

nothing wrong with you it life people have to go thought this to make then a stringer i have the say thing going in and out my mind to but you just need to make good friend hang out with them a lot think about the good stuff in life not the bad

it may seem different to depression but thats what it sounds like. see your doctor as soon as possible.

Me too. Me too. i'm always amazed at how many people feel the same as me in the mental health section.

It feels so numb now that it's like ther's no more feelings about that.

You need to pick yourself up and get involved in life. Join clubs, take classes, volunteer. No one is going to come and get you. It's up to you. If you feel that you are depressed, see a Dr.

that's why we're here buddy !! to chat with our mates and help others feel better about themselves. You have us to comfort and keep you company................. go have a nice cup of chamomile tea or a nice long warm bath with a few drops of lavender oil in it and i'm sure you'll feel loads better.

Please be nicer to you.

Self-love. If you don't love yourself first, it's very hard for other people to love you or you letting them in.

The general rules of life are: (a) don't beat yourself up, (b) be happy with who you are, (c) develope meaningful relationships with yourself, family, and friends, and (d) live in the present.
