Your stomach might be very acidic in the morning. That is one of the reasons why pregnant women have the morning sickness. But of course you don't need to be preggers to have an acidic stomach! A friend of mine suffers from the same thing every single morning (also not pregnant). She swears by orange ginger tea. Try it.

if you dont eat sometime your stomach feels like crap and you feel like you need to throw up. happens to me when i wake up and dont eat for a while. try eating a balanced breeakfast. thats my 2 cents

Kidding aside, I don't think your problems have anything to do with weed. It might have something to do with what you are eating, but it sounds like you should go see a doctor. It might be something serious. There's only one way to find out.

I am a woman and not pregnant, and I get sick like that too... I went to the doctor after taking a test... and an ultrasound, no baby, but I did have a stomach ulster. they suck and make you sick because your stomach acid is off balance and eats a hole into your stomach lining. So the greasiest of food can make you sick.
I am not a doctor so I am saying it could possibly be it, but you should see a doctor...
Watch what you eat too... that could help, like low acid food. Or if you have to have that pasta with the red tomato sauce, add sugar to the sauce, it supposedly cuts back on the acid in the sauce.
