Why do people cry when they are sad?!

Question: Like, what is crying?
Why do we cry?

Answers: Like, what is crying?
Why do we cry?

I was waiting for this question girl. Crying is like the other functions that we can control a little only. We can control our balance and motion but some of the function is automatic. The primitive brain does control some functions totally like rate of breathing and heart beat. Why does our heart beat? We are alive and all the things that go with it are here. In depression it is the first sign of unbalanced chemicals reaching the medulla and we cry hours after sadness or even when it is forgotten.

uuuh.....dont question it....just cry....lol

they revert to primal emotionality and become like toddlers or even an infant. they plummet and all the emotional growth and progress reverts to an early age. crying
should be encouraged to
clear out the pent up
frustration and
anger.

That's a way to get sadness out problems its away to fill better imagine if one does not cry to let things out we would burst and fills with sadness or anger remember most people that are sad often comet suicide or have violence against other people it bring depression and other mental acts.
