i am coping with it by talking to it to my friends and family members and also some "fun." 1st thing is try not to get stressed about your problem. relax and take a deep breath and exhale. think about the solutions to your financial/emotional problems one at a time. don't over think just where can you start to fix this than stop and do something else unrelated to your problem. 2nd thing is come back and rethink the solutions and see if you can expand on it. example would be to see if that solution really can be achieve. 3rd thing would be putting it aside and going out with friends or families to have some "fun" like playing some sports, biking, or some other activties that you can enjoy. tell your problems to your friends and families to see what they say and apply it to your solution. if their suggestions are different than try it out or putting it aside in case yours doesn't work in the end. 4th thing would be to actually try it out and hopefully it will solve it. if it doesn't work, do not worry about it. think of another solution. hope this helps. major thing about stress is not to worry about it. Have some fun when your into deep with your stress. that would cure your stress.

I am battling with the same thing. I try to talk to friends and vent as much as I can, but really nothing beats exercise for stress or pressure.

Also see this experience as a challange instead of a setback.

you have to fight back!!!
if you dont you will get sucked in...

When I'm under pressure
I crash and burn.
I just forget about everything and just sleep
continuously.
And until the pressure passes on, I just sleep excluding days where i HAVE to wake up.
Not very effective for other people though,
works for me.

I feel the same way like 99% of the time. I am the only woman in a household of 5 men, well 3 of them r little men. my 3 kids r (all boys) 7, 5 and 3 1/2!! then there's my hubby of 8 yrs. and his best friend who lives with us. My house is always a mess, I always have something to do, I always have somewhere to go, ect. I'm overweight, I have diabetes, I never feel very good, I never have any energy, and I am always so busy with taking care of my kids and stuff, taking care of this household and doing everything all by myself!!! It gets really frustrating. I get very overwhelmed and very depressed and It is hard to deal. God helps and keeping a journal, writing all ur feelings down and venting to friends or just to urself if u ever get a moment alone, ect may help. I know how u feel and it sucks!!!!! good luck honey and I hope u feel better

Prayer helps

It's normal to feel that way especially this time of the year; I believe they call it "seasonal blues disorder'. Everybody has different ways of coping with this emotional malais but what's helped me is listening to music frequently, read self-help books, interacting with good company, having a good night's sleep, eating food that increases serotonin, and increase physical activity. Whatever it is, just make sure you enjoy what you're doing not because it was dictated to you. Also, appreciate what you have in your life right now in contrast to what you hear or read about other people's sufferings from different regions of the globe.
