Social Anxiety disorder?!


Question: I suffer from this and it is ruling my life. I don't know what to do. Can anybody offer some advice, please?

I still suffer with bouts of anxiety,i have learned with practice to not think negative so much,try to be positive in your thoughts and you will be able to use the anxiety as a plus factor.What i mean is try exercising,go with a friend and do power walking,any time of day really.i prefer t-time ,once you get into a routine you will look forward to it everytime because you will feel good in your- self .you would have used up most of that negative energy which gives you the anxious feelings we hate.if not walking,cycling ,swimming any thing you enjoy.REMEMBER breath properly and not hyperventalate.It will take plenty of practice.Listen to some relaxing music can help,even when walking wear some earphones and listen to some nice tracks.It will take time,as Rome was not built in a day.So remember negative thought fuel negative feelings,this you have to nip in the bud and with practice, i assure you ,you will feel better in yourself.Just remember you can turn your anxiety into something positive that will work for you.Also try not to avoid things,like going to places,forearm your self,with things to say if you are approached.don`t worry about anxious feelings as they are only natural feelings and wont harm you in any way at all.If i can learn to deal with it i am sure you can and anybody else.practice,pracice and set your self a goal each time, you will feel better in your self.
