Depression may be caused by negative thoughts, poor circumstances, loss of loved ones, genetic factors, biochemical imbalance in the brain, emptiness in heart, unforgiveness, addictions etc.

There are some natural mood lifting food and vitamins that you can take with your drugs. They are:

-multivitamin
-Vitamin B complex pills
- Vitamin C
- GABA (you can get this at a pharmacy) it is a natural neurotransmitter in your brain.
- SAMe
- Calcium
- Magnesium
-Evening Primrose oil
- Flax oil
- Omega 3

try to have some exercise daily. Go into the sun. Talk with friends. Pray to Jesus, he gives you peace and lifts your mood. These are scientifically proven to work.

- Listen to soothing music on a couch.
- have aromatherapy
- eat healthily, oats, wheats, brown rice, more fish, chicken, lots of vegetables and fruits and other natural food, less oil, no sugar, no deep fried stuff, less red meat
- drink lots of filtered or bottled water
have a pet
- cultivate new hobbies
- do not take alcohol and avoid caffeine
- tackle your problem that is giving you depression. Problem solve with a counselor or friend to reduce the magnitude of the problem.
- Every time you catch yourself thinking negatively, think what is the most positive way of expressing your feelings and thoughts.
- Forgive others, release all bitterness and release all grudges, love God and love others
- Do a kind deed each day. Volunteer your service to the elderly, orphans etc
- I know I have said a lot. Take baby step, one step at a time. Give yourself time to get out of depression.

Think positively.

You may want to see a psychiatrist and counsellor to work out your problem. Psychotherapy may help. Prayer does help. Claim healing from Jesus. He loves you.

go to the doctor and get drugs, or get your own drugs somewhere else. or you can just cope- thats what i do, my symptoms arent quite the same though

Get on some antidepressants, work out a lot, and smoke some weed. The hardest of the three would be working out. I know how hard it is to start up if your body is not used to it. However, hopefully you will discover that exercise truly boosts your seratonin and dopamine levels in your brain and makes you a much happier person. You will probably go from thinking of it as a chore to loving the burn that you feel from a good workout.

First go see your Dr. You do sound depressed feeling this way is uncomfortable and you may need some antidepressants. The pain in your stomach is probably nervous stomach. Have this all checked out before it gets worse. Depression can become serious.
These are things that really need to be expressed to your Dr. and get him to help you get this all fixed for you, asap.==

Watch the secret!!!!!!!!!!!
Love yourself! Deeply, profoundly! Make lists of all the wonderful things about you. Add to it every day.
See yourself as completely well in your mind and visualize yourself doing things in a complete state of perfect health.
Love and appreciate everything and everyone, and especially yourself.
Know you have the power within you to heal yourself.
Never criticize or blame yourself or anyone else for anything.
Be grateful for the wellbeing that is coming to you.
See yourself as only well.
Be happy, knowing that in your state of happiness your body is healing itself.
As you appreciate, as you love, as you are happy, as you are grateful, you are summoning wellbeing and it is pouring through your body and depression is vanishing in the moment.
Resist nothing, love everything!
As you love completely and feel the joy within you, depression cannot exist.
Know and accept that you are perfect as you are right now.

The first step in overcoming depression is realizing that one is depressed. Many depressed people are afraid of these realization and continue to suffer.
Now that you know that you are depressed, try your best to lift yourself out of it. Make a plan. Think of the things that will make you will better. Go out and do it. Give it your very best.
I realize that this is easier said that done. If this does not work, go out and seek help. Talk to your family. Talk to your friends. Join a depression support group in your neighborhood. See a doctor if you must.
Most importantly, don't be harsh on yourself. It will take time to lift yourself out of depression. Don't get angry at yourself if you don't get immediate results. You will be surprised once you overcome depression, how much better you would know yourself.
My best wishes are with you,
