I feel realy trapped?!

Maybe it is just trapped anger!!! There are other ways to release anger! Work out, take boxing classes karate anything you want to release steam in a positive light!

The best solution to your problem is this:

Find an old pillow.
Grab a knife from the kitchen.
Now stab the pillow repeatedly...I mean put your back into it. You will feel ten times better once you get done.

Or you could talk with the person you are angry with and try to resolve the issue. That's what "sane" people do.

You are probably angry with yourself. Others can not make you angry unless you let them. That is a hard lesson to understand and learn but it is true. You need to shrug off feelings that make you miserable and resentful. Try doing something good for someone else; you may be amazed at how good it makes you feel.

I hope your day improves quickly; this is not the season to be angry - not that there ever is a good time to be angry with the world.

i get like that, depression is most cause but sometimes pmt. depression is hard because you can't ever see a way out of how you feel. took me over a year to discover why i felt so bad, luckily i had a few great friends and family who tried there best with me

Wow,you need to find out what you are angy about.Is it you or someone else?I suggest you get a counselor and talk about what is going on in your life.It could just be depression.I hope this helps you:) Have a Merry Christmas!

I get like this sometimes but I think it's related to my depression. You say you don't suffer from it, which is good...it could be just hormones or something like that. Unless it's a frequent thing or you think you are going to act on these impulses it should be ok, otherwise so see your gp.

Hi, thanks for sharing your feelings.Behind every feeling is a thought,can you remember what you were thinking 20 minutes ago?even subconsiously,our thoughts act very quickly.Can you remember what happened a while ago?Try if you can to re-trace what you did or what you were thinking to see what triggered these feelings.P.S. Think of something you like doing.
