I am having crazy panic attacks!! Does anyone know how to help them naturally?!

Question: start off by closing your eyes and relaxing to the best of your ability. there are so many techiniques on how this can be done. listen to some calming music, like massage music helps me. if you have lavender take a bath with lavender scented bath salts or bubbles....

Breath in and out slowly, thinking of something calming to say. example, as you breath in think or say to your self "peace" when you exhale think or say " stress"

there is the finger techinique to calm down, each time you breath in and out you count on your finger, like touching your thumb to your pinkey (that is one) breath in and out through you nose, do that 5 times (one time for each finger), then do it again in through your nose and exhale through your mouth, do that again 5 times. then breath in through your mouth and out your nose . do that 5 times.... and lastly breath in and out through your mouth......

that is one exercise of mental relaxation.... I have tons more... email me if you want others...

See panic attack treatments, in section 8, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris

Artist wanna be gave you some great advice. While doing what she says with your breathing control. Keep telling yourself that what you want to know, is what will happen if you let the panic attack go until it's conclusion? If you can do that each time, you will fear them less each time. Don't let what's going on with your body fool you into paying more attention to the attack! Just give in!!!
Your body will take care of itself!!
I know it is hard to explain!!! But I've been living a 90% normal life for the past 35 years with them. And that is what worked for me!
Good Luck!!!

I would talk to your doctor about it, and tell them straight out you are looking for help in a non-medication way.

They can then refer you to proper psychiatric help who can go through a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy program with you...teaching you about your attacks and the symptoms, teaching you various coping skills to tackle your anxiety, and guiding you through exposure tasks to help you face your anxiety and take back your life.

For the shortterm, there are good examples listed in the above two answers...also look online. But I really would go the doctor and CBT route if you really want a long-term fix, rather than just a quick-fix.
