I feel depressed?!
Question: i have not had a girlfriend since i was 18 im 22 now it seems harder to find a date ever since high school ,i have 2 jobs and it makes it stressful i don't have that confidence i use to have i feel like crap lazy unenergized i don't really eat i just eat to survive all my friends are doing there thing i feel like theres no where to go i don't know what to do i feel if im with somebody i love i know i will have confidence and ill be energetic is there anyway i could get my this depression out ?

Depression comes in many forms. It may be from the collars of cloths you were, lack of circulation of the brain dehydration Hydration try some fish oil as well and Jogging this will increase the stamina after that you will want three balanced meals and especially a salad and don't forget the bread this will stabilize the ant acids in your Stomach.

stressfull life is part of life.anti-depresent sometimes help but not always.take some medical help/trying going out and building up confidence again.

I know the feeling. Theres always someone for everyone. Many people are single around that age. My friend Jason, he single for so long.. till he lucky enough to find someone that have same feeling for him. He was 26 that when he find true love and now they planning to get marry. love is the main thing in life, love give confidence and courage, without love the world is going to be even more fucked up. So i believe someday you'll find that person, the right person. so dont worry too much.
As for me, im 19 and in university, i haven't been with anoyone for 3 years now, i haven't been able to find the right person. it just luck. But i believe everyone who care about love, love will come to you.
Further more, God won't let bad thing happen to you forever... there's no point in living then. so good thing will come round.
