that is bull$#!@ it they wanna cut let them cut! I'd cover my whole face with cuts and laugh my @$$ of when I went to school the next day.

If they are cutting themselves then they need to be in therapy.

Look at it this way:

You can visit with them after they get some help

or

You can visit them on Holy day at the grave.

If you truly like your friends you help them get help.
Its a stupid thing to be doing.
Would you rather miss them for a while until they are out of therapy, which they need or go to their funeral.

If your friends are cutting themselves they need help so i am glad to hear of a school doing that. As for you being upset i can't blame you but you don't want your friends to get hurt. They are cutting themselves for a reason and it's a good idea to get them help in therapy. I'm sorry for you losing your friends but hopefully they will get better and will come back. Good luck and God Bless.

if that's what your friends do then they are in the right type of care they need now if you don't cut then you got nothing to worry about but don't hang out with people that cut they will eventually rub off on you there are better things in life then trying to die honey back out of that group you can do better

Maybe you should start by worrying more about the health of your friends than about having someone to hang out with! This is possibly one of the most selfish questions that I have ever read! It's a shame that you care more about your social life than your friends well being.

wtf kind of school is tht
that is personal to them

read this website I personally am a cutter and thios info is great and the best info on the internet about cutting by far it will help u to understand better what ur friends are going thru and know how to talk to others and stuff check it out
im sorry ur in the middle of this stay strong
xxxxxxxxxxx

wow a school is actually doing its job!!! Last year just about everyone in my old school cut for the fun of even though some of us actually had reasons!! Tell you friends to put make-up on the cuts to kinda blend them in with the rest of the skin so they don't leave you!!!!

If you don't cut, you shouldn't be hanging with people who do. This is a really sick fad, and your friends are in serious need of help. Therapy is a good idea.

Find some friends who don't have mental problems.

See self harm, in section 16, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris Print/refer your friends.

i think that is very wrong...schools should not do that...that is personal bussiness...what are they gunna be doing next?!?! the only thing you can do is be there for ur friends...jus stay strong for them...because im sure if thier parents didnt know about it they do now and they are prob. having a hard time...jus be a good friend

you sound like its rampant where you live and / or this is the norm.
it sounds very scary and they should get help physically and mentally. this is not or should be an everyday routine (and i am talking about the cutting).
