Is there such a thing as a person sleep walking accidentally?!

Question: kill someone

Answers: kill someone

I cant name anything specific, but it is very plausible. There's a few cases each year where motorists are stopped or have crashed, and the officers found that they were legitimately sleep walking, and sleep-driving.

Oops...here it is...see link below

well most people don't know that they are sleep walking...until someone tells them

what do u mean with the kill someone? do u mean kill someone in their sleep?
if so i dont think someone can kill someone in their sleep because the other person they are going to kill would probably notice and so would other people

Theoretically, this could happen.

No one means to sleep walk honey, and with a delusional personality yes, in theory a sleep walking person would kill someone and not remember it, and honestly not mean to.

I never heard of it before. kill someone during sleep? :O Interested me.

Probably...my dad almost punched my mom in the face in his sleep once. She felt his fist hit the pillow next to her. lol

Uh, no. Someone would wake up before they did the deed. We wish it could happen and that would be a great defense. With violent murders it has been tried and never been accepted by a jury. ANy sudden loud noised, forceful changes of body position (a struggle) would certainly be enough to wake up the perpetrator. Unless they were poisoning someone in their sleep.

As xooxcable posted, yeah, it's happened. I remembered the case. It was very, very controversial.

Most sleepwalkers do thing that are far more simple though and the more of the brain they have to use to do something, the more likely they are to wake themselves up going 'what am I doing here'?
